3. Reservations: All reservations will be routed through Dreamz Conference Management Pvt.Ltd, New Delhi office and reservations will be accepted only on receipt of email / fax request.
4. Check-in time / Check out time is 1200 noon. However, should there be an early arrival or a late departure and you would like us to allocate the rooms upon arrival of the delegates, we will provide the accommodation, subject to availability.
Confirmation of Bookings and Advance Deposits Clauses:
1. We would require one night room rent as a token advance at the time of confirmation; failing which the accommodation will not be confirmed.
2. Balance Payment should to be deposited on arrival to Dreamz Conference Management Pvt.Ltd either by Credit card or in cash
